Whats the difference between Sprout and Growth?
On Growth, you’ll receive a dedicated Account Executive, we also start billing starting at 12 Team Members. Growth also allows your company to add all their assets, departments, and software. We don’t limit the amount of Team Members you onboard either.
With Sprout, we limit the amount of Team Members, Assets, and Departments you can enter into the platform. Team Member limit is 12, Assets are 60, and Departments you can only add 8.
Why do you offer a basic free plan?
Our Startup plan was created to allow startups to take advantage of organizing their software and assets at an early stage of their growth. We’re tired of spreadsheets, and believe startups can organize better. The Startup plan is a great option to achieve a more efficient way and upgrade when they’re ready.
Do you share my payment faith with Business Credit Bureaus?
Yes, we may at our discretion share your payment faith to CreditSafe. Positive payment history helps your business grow and build your business credit. For questions or concerns please call us at (877)652-2531.
How does the free trial work?
Try Accessed Space free for 14 days with no commitment. You’ll have access to all features and can ask us questions along the way. You’ll also have access to our Knowledgebase to help you if you need it. At the end of the trial, you’ll be billed for the amount of employees you have in your account depending on the plan you selected.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
We do not do long-term contracts with your monthly subscription. If you’d like to save on your subscription cost, we offer the option to pay annually, or you can sign a multi-year agreement to lock in additional discounts if you prefer.
Is there a mobile app?
No, at this time Accessed Space does not have a mobile app, nor are we mobile optimized. Please use a tablet, or computer while accessing your account within our software…. Are you a mobile app developer? Reach out to us, we’re interested!
Can i get a custom price?
Absolutely! If your organization needs a custom price to close the deal, please reach out to our Sales Team. We’d be happy to talk to you about your needs and budget.
What is your refund policy?
Our plans include 14 days free, this is to allow you to try out our application risk free. We do bill per month or year depending on the option you choose. You’re free to cancel through your account or by contacting us. However, you’ll continue to receive full access and functionality until the end of your billing term. Refunds are not granted on services already paid.
Can i get Phone, Live Chat, Email Support?
Yes, of course! On our Sprout and Growth Plans we can assist you by phone, email or live chat. You also have access to our Knowledge Base within your application. Our free plan will only have the ability to get support through Live Chat, Email and our Knowledge Base.
Is there anything I need to download or install?
No, Accessed Space is web-based and runs completely in the cloud. Our software works in all major, modern web browsers. We specifically support Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox.
What do you mean by 'Scalable Pricing'?
Our pricing for Sprout is based on per team member/employee. Each employee you add counts as a paid seats whether they have login access to your account or not. Sprout is scalable to a point where we do not limit your team member count. As your company grows, your account with us will as well. Volume discounting is offered as well, just reach out to our Sales Team.
What counts as a paid seat?
Each employee/team member you add into your account is a paid seat. Because we bill per employee, your pricing may fluctuate based on the total active count of employees you have in your plan. With that being said, you may also add any employee as an admin user who will be able to login to your Accessed Space account if you choose to provide those permissions. Employees that are added in to your account do not have login to your account unless you specifically give them access.
