What's included in a tablet return?
- We will ship out a tablet return kit. This includes a padded tablet box shipped to your employee, a prepaid self-stick return label, easy packing / shipping instructions, and tape.
- Email Communication with your employee, including reminders if they delay returning their equipment.
- Tracking updates sent to your provided contact email.
- Responsive support for both you and your employee throughout the entire process.

Our padded tablet box fits most devices up to 12″ and charger (or other charger-sized accessories) in the appropriate tray. Maximum supported device dimensions: 612“ x 8.25“ x .75“
What locations can you ship to?
We currently ship to all US addresses within the lower 48 US states, excluding PO boxes and US territories. Though expanding our support to more states and Canada is on our roadmap.
How long does shipping take for returns?
We ship the equipment return kits within 1 business day of receiving your order. It will then typically take 1-7 days for the kit to arrive at your employee’s address, and an additional 1-7 days for the equipment return to arrive at your designated company address once your employee ships it. (Note: transit times may be a bit slower or faster depending on carrier shipping volumes and distance).
While we cannot guarantee how long your employee will take to ship their equipment, but our service is designed to help your employee return equipment as quickly and safely as possible.
Does the price include shipping?
Yes! Our prices are flat-rate and include shipping in both directions and includes the box, tape, and instructions. (shipping an empty box to your employee and return shipping with equipment back to your designated provided address – typically a company address)
What happens if an employee doesn't return their equipment?
Our device return service is thoughtfully designed to help your employee and you return company issued equipment safely and easily.
We will provide every effort to make sure your employee sends back their equipment by conducting friendly reminders, and we’ll attempt to communicate with them by phone and email. If we’re unable to receive any communication from your employee after 5 phone call and 5 email attempts, we’ll let you know.
Because we provide our full service when we fulfill your order, we are unable to issue refunds for our services in the event that your employee doesn’t return their device.
Can I recycle the boxes?
Yes! our boxes are 100% recyclable. You can recycle the cardboard box with the rest of your paper recycling. The polypropylene padding insert can be easily removed and recycled, as well.
